Not a Substitute for Emergency Care

Patient-Physician Relationship

Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Appointment availability is subject to physician schedules and clinic capacity.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a no-show fee:
- Family Medicine appointments: $60
- Specialist appointments: Fees may vary
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling your appointment.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods including cash, credit cards, debit cards, and insurance. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
Uninsured Services
Some services are not covered by OHIP or other insurance plans. You will be notified of any fees before services are provided. Please see our fee schedule for details.
Refunds
Refund policies vary by service type. Please contact us for information about refunds for specific services.
