📅 Appointment Policies
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may need care.
No-Show Policy
Patients who do not show up for their appointment without providing 24 hours' notice may be charged a no-show fee. Family medicine appointments: $60.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling your appointment.
💳 Payment Policies
OHIP Coverage
Please ensure your OHIP card is valid and up-to-date. Patients with expired or invalid OHIP cards will be charged uninsured patient fees.
Uninsured Services
Some services are not covered by OHIP, including certain forms, notes, and procedures. Please see our fee schedule for details.

Preferred Contact Method
Email is the best and most efficient method to reach us. Please ensure your contact information is up-to-date.
Virtual Appointments
For virtual appointments, you will be called from an anonymous number at your scheduled appointment time. Please be available and ensure your contact information is current.
